Chris, and others,
I have the same problem as Chris. It started after I tried to set up Google
Mail on my N86. I gave up using Google Mail because I couldn't get it to

Just seen the below message from Stephen which looks as if it should answer
my recent question. Sorry, I still don't understand exactly where to look,
though. A description for dummies might be needed at this point.
Best wishes,

Hi Bryan and all.
Well when I received the phone I noticed somebody has set up a Hotmail
account, which I have deleted, but the problem is still there. I now
have my Googlemail set up, but wish to delete it. But even if I do, the
problem still persists.
Take care.

Hi Chris, and all,
On reflection, I think this is what happened with me. I must have deleted
the Gmail account as it's not there any more, but the message that there are
documents in the outbox still persists.
Best wishes,
Brian.

Hmm, when I had this issue I removed the mailbox entirely and that fixed the
problem. That was no Gmail-account though. I suppose you could always use
something like Y-Browser to see if you can manually delete items.

being read apart from the soft keys.
Take care.
