Did you trye switching your cursor type to Characters etc... Talks followed
by a long press of 2. Then using your arrow keys to read the message. Just
something to try being I don't use that program.

Hardware eventually fails, software eventually works.
Did you get the software to install? I can't tell by the message you left.
If the software didn't install, set the date back to last year about this
time and try again. You may need to do this for 2011 and 2010! I do not know
when that version came out. Basically the date should be within the ye
