Did you get the software to install? I can't tell by the message you left.
If the software didn't install, set the date back to last year about this
time and try again. You may need to do this for 2011 and 2010! I do not know
when that version came out. Basically the date should be within the year the
version was released and after the date on the signed file.

In the release notes, its mentioned that msg reading for 2.06.78 is
corrected with latest Talks.
I found a V2.06.78 but all it does is asking me to correct time and date
on
my phone and only for ok or cancel and not able to run apps.
If link for last working version of WhatsApp can be provided, it will be
greatly appreciated.
