Hello, I am trying to help a friend of mine who has recently purchased a Nokia c5. I myself use the Nokia N82 and if I want to make the left right up and down arrows inactive I just have to arrow up in the short cut menu and choose off. but the Nokia c5 doesn't seem to have that feature, maybe
