You smitch between different apps by holding down the menu key for a few
seconds. This will then open in a window where you can arrow up or down and
select a different programme that is open.

I'm not for sure what you are wanting to do. If you want to leave the
music playing on your phone! Then I press the Menu
More or less. That will be a good guide but things may vary a little on your
phone . Tools may be called Control Panel. I do not know.

In this case, you have the active standby turned on. This

open that program. I wouldn't also suggest that you not use
the End-call
