Unfortunately I could not figure out how to get to the contacts on the
memory card via file manager. However, after deleting the contact on the
phone I was a

Yes this can be done if you have used the copy to memory card function.
First delete the old contact on the
Skype: dr-phone.
Hardware eventually fails, software eventually works.
No amount of bandwidth can fix poor design.

I messed up the name of a contact on my e66 but the correct name was already
backed up on
name or the telephone
number itself then arrow down and you will come to the next First Name field
and below tht if you arrow down you will come to the number field.
