If you know the name you messed up then what you want to do is to go to the
messed up name via contacts. Once on it, press options and arrow down and
see if you have an option to Edit. It will be there but I do not know your
phone and in some cases it is not there immediately but if not there see if
you have an option to view details. If yes, select it then once there press
options again and this time the edit should come up for you. You will then
be in an edit box of which the first will be the Sirname of the person.
arrow across character by character so that you become familiar with what is
there. Then say if you want just get to the end of the name and delete all
character by characteer by pressing the clear/delete key. On the other hand
if it is a character within the name and you feel compitetant to rectify it
there then do that. If the error is in the First name or the telephone
number itself then arrow down and you will come to the next First Name field
and below tht if you arrow down you will come to the number field.
