the phone has been updated to the latest firmware. when eloquence 117
crashes when I try to make a call, the phone restarts. It's fine when i
receive a call, however. 123 still sounds like it has a lisp.

of the newer eloquence, but when I installed the older version, my phone would
crash repeatedly. I didn't think that this problem would be true for the nokia
e72, but it looks like it is. With eloquence 6.0.117, I can
eboot the phone. Before you do this make sure you have your license
code written down if you have one.

that's interesting that you say it has better sound quality. as per my
previous posts on this list, i thought eloquence on it sounded awful, and,
contrary to what i said then, the older version crashed the phone. I also
found that the internet, email and quickoffice were all impossible to use.
