do you have the speech volume turned up too high?
the E5 has some sort of overdriven combination compressor expander at
the top two clicks of volume. this isn't just Talks. If you play a
podcast at max volume on the internal speaker, you would ntoice that
every sound in the audio file is ma

Windows Phone 8 is totally inaccessible by a blind person. It does not come
with any type of screen reader nor will talks or the other screen reader
work on these phones. It has been this way since the beginning of WP7 and
until further notice will stay that way.
