Hi all I had to re-set to factory settings because of the problem with Quick Office and my own stupidity! at deleting the System Folder off the phone memory. I can now report that I am back up and running so my advice to those who like myself have very little technical knowledge, do not delete

OK at this stage today I have the time and date set and software certificate to None. Now when I install Talks do I choose 10 day demo? I have a feeling I heard on the list where once one has the 10 day demo then it cannot be used again. what then when I install Talks, maybe I will just get

Yes you can try restoring the license code or just manually type it in. There isn't any difference between Talks Standard and Talks premium as far as the install file. They are the same. The difference is the license code and what it will let you access in Talks. Sounds like it could have been a
