Sorry, I can't help you with what one to press select on as far as assigning
the role to. Are you sure that you can not use the arrow keys to move up and
down through the chat window in IM messages?

Well Kit being I do not have any IM messages on Skype on the phone! I can
not give you step by step instructions and only can give you a ruff idea.
You would go to the IM message screen whare you can see the IM messages.
Then you would do a Talks long Select to bring up the object viewer.
