[Tagging] Heat distribution networks for district heating

[Tagging] Mapping nominal power transfer of power lines, heat transfer pipelines, ...

Hi Tagging List, After tagging a heat transfer pipeline, I wanted to map the nominal power transfer. I did this with a `power=24MW`, but as François pointed out to me, this interferes with power line tagging. What would be a better tag to use? Met vriendelijke groeten, Pieter Vander Vennet
