There is some unclarity about how to tag the roads in Vallée de la
Petrusse, a park in Luxembourg-City.
Luxembourg seems to be less rigid in using traffic signs than, for
example, Germany and the Netherlands, and relies more on common sense
of traffic participants. However, this also me
Road classification... such a difficult subject in many countries.
For the part that inhabitants can use, highway=residential and
access=destination.
After, for me, the road is large enough for a car but motor vehicles are
prohibited -> highway = pedestrian. Don't care about park maintenance.
As the massive objection-storm has settled down a little I'll document
that tag. ;-) Thanks to Martin and Alberto for their feedback.
