[Tagging] Entrances..

Wouldn't it be great if railway=subway_entrance was rendering, and if we had a generic scheme to tag entrances for different stuff. I've used building=entrance, but I need to tag railway=station_entrance, train=door, highway=bus_station_entrance etc. etc. How do I solve this in a better way? http
