[Tagging] How's this parking lot on top of a building?

http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/515372519 is a parking lot on top of a building. The roof on the west is at ground level and it's a two story drop on the north. The parking lot exactly fills the building, so I re-used the nodes for a new way with amenity=parking and layer=1. -- Tom
