Sorry - the encoding of finpr.conf was iso-8859, not utf.

Here is a bit more info about the bug #1. If the Description field is
changed to contain Thai utf-8 characters, the opposite effect is
displayed. In the two locations, it displays garbled and in the third it
is fine.

We are getting an update ready to a Thai CrossWire distribution CD. In
making some localization changes for Thai, a few bugs have been
discovered. Both of them are in the Sword CS search window. I'm not sure
