John H., There are several aspects here 1) formal law 2) what is liked and supported by copyright holders 3) general behaviour on the mailing list Wrt 1), while I have no clue what the US American situation is in detail or in particular US states, I have no reason to believe that Chris is wrong.

[sword-devel] latest utils for Win32 (1.5.11 final + ICU 4.0 d02)
