I have the problem, that tokens in SWBasicFilter which were inserted with
addTokenSubstitute, need later an update of the replaceString.
So I think a function SWBasicFilter::replaceTokenSubstitute would be nice:

You may also be interested in downloading the latest ProjectB release. I
think we should be merging the two projects as soon as possible.
ProjectB benefits from more eyes and JSword benefits from a more
advanced codebase.
