Not sure your point. It is freely distributable by us in binary form,
and I'm not trying to gain the world for RMS, but for Christ.

I've just released a couple (.zip and .tar.gz) of binary packages of
ProjectB on sourceforge. The should both "work out of the box", so if
you don't have any Java dev tools handy you can still have a go.
