changesets lists a few more changes. Is the autogeneration of the
tarballs broken?

I have not got into great depth or details but the CentOS 7 build
node I am using cannot build squid-5.0.0-20190331-rf5e179474 and
the past 5.0 series tar.bz2 files.
I have tested these to build ontop of Debian 9.x but have not
tested wet it yet to work pr

What I am interested is the implementation of the "trial", I do
not know how to create such a mechanism yet.
If you have any suggestion and code example to learn from I will
be more then happy to learn.
This is a squid-dev topic please.
FWIW though, CentOS 7 built that snapshot fine for our build farm. Only
Fedora and CentOS 6 had trouble with that build.
