[squid-users] squid-5.0.0-20190331-rf5e179474 cannot be built on CentOS 7

I have not got into great depth or details but the CentOS 7 build node I am using cannot build squid-5.0.0-20190331-rf5e179474 and the past 5.0 series tar.bz2 files. I have tested these to build ontop of Debian 9.x but have not tested wet it yet to work properly as a production system.
