This problem, in principle, is common to all versions of ssl-bumped Squid from version 3.4 and 5.0, inclusive, and occurs when the stored certificate is damaged for any reason. The only thing vorkeraund that I could find - a monitor kesh.log and initialize the certificate database again with squid
