There's something screwy with your installation. The

Interesting, have you linted your configfile? sounds like your spamassassin
configs are messed up and it's not parsing all your rules.
I get a MUCH higher score, and even without and DNSBLs and Razor it's
still over 5.0. I get 10.40 for a normal run, and 8.90 for a -L run.
