I wouldn't bother messing with other rules, In this example you've clearly
been hit by the famous bug 1589, which has long since been fixed.
The rule REFERENCES has a massive negative score (it's something like -6)
That rule right there as acting as a whitelist for this message. Without it
this
lately some spam is penetratingwith a 3.5 score, other then reducing
the score how could i be able to have SA tag this mail as spam
