After some thinking and some questions (thanks Jim) I think I need to write
a test for my own special header, and if found, give the messages a negative
score.
How do I do this?

I have email accounts which are receiving mail which in many cases is not
spam, but because the original sender is coming from a home box on a cable
modem or adsl network they are black listed.
These people all have accounts on my box, but in sending mail to each other
they are classed as spam.
