As someone mentioned already, Outlook 2002 doesn't force you to send
Isn't there a way in LookOut to turn off HTML? I have a copy of LookOut
somewhere here, and IIRC there's a way to turn off HTML and turn on plain text.
We have a number of customers where I work who have sent e-mail to our
support department, and it gets flagged as SPAM for the same reason.
