I run a Gentoo Linux box, and yesterday upgraded SA via emerge from version
2.55 to 2.60. After the upgrade, SA does not appear to be scoring all of
the email that is being received. I run SA via /etc/procmailrc, calling
spamc, and the spamd process is running.

I am running spamd with the -a flag. I was under the impression that
turning on the auto-whitelisting feature was a good thing, until I received
an email from a friend with the following score:
