I run a Gentoo Linux box, and yesterday upgraded SA via emerge from version 2.55 to 2.60. After the upgrade, SA does not appear to be scoring all of the email that is being received. I run SA via /etc/procmailrc, calling spamc, and the spamd process is running.
Logs show spamd processing the email, but a score is never assigned and the message is delivered without adding any headers. But only sometimes! It seems that any email sent locally between users IS being processed and receives a score, but most mail from the internet does not. Occasionally though, I'll get a spam message that actually gets flagged as spam. Here's what my logs show when receiving mail from the internet: Sep 9 14:43:11 insanity sm-mta[20879]: h89IhB6i020879: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, size=863, class=0, nrcpts=1, msgid=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, proto=ESMTP, daemon=Daemon0, relay=law12-f23.law12.hotmail.com [64.4.19.23] Sep 9 14:43:11 insanity spamd[19017]: connection from localhost [127.0.0.1] at port 44531 Sep 9 14:43:11 insanity spamd[20884]: info: setuid to stacey succeeded Sep 9 14:43:11 insanity spamd[20884]: processing message <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> for stacey:1001. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
