sorry my english is poor. i use smslib-v3.5.1 send and recv
message on Wavecom GSM. send a message or recv a message whit PDU
Protocol, it is good. one day, test status report info with
OutboundMessage.setStatusReport(true), send is ok, recv a status
report message.

The PDU does not have an SMSC number attached, that is probably why
the decoder on twit88.com is not able to decode the PDU.
