Hi Karol,

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately the online translator is not able
to decode this PDU.
My understanding is as follows:

06000A81702095 : SMSC number (encoded)

77 : first byte
  MTI: Reserved
Reject duplicate: set (what does this mean?)
Validity period format: VP present as relative integer
UDHI: set - UD header is present

11: originator length: 17 digits
11: originator address type: international
2160329051E1112160: originator address: +12062309151 11216???

32: protocol identifier
90: DCS
5121: timestamp??

00: User data length

This all seems a bit meaningless, and originator address definitely
seems incorrect. Does anyone have any insight into what this PDU
could mean?

Alex
