My understanding is as follows: 06000A81702095 : SMSC number (encoded) 77 : first byte MTI: Reserved Reject duplicate: set (what does this mean?) Validity period format: VP present as relative integer UDHI: set - UD header is present 11: originator length: 17 digits 11: originator address type: international 2160329051E1112160: originator address: +12062309151 11216??? 32: protocol identifier 90: DCS 5121: timestamp?? 00: User data length This all seems a bit meaningless, and originator address definitely seems incorrect. Does anyone have any insight into what this PDU could mean?
