Hi Matthias,
the jobs are always children of slurmd, so they inherit slurmds
settings. So you have to modify the systemd-unit, e.g. like the following:
[Service]
LimitNOFILE=51200
LimitMEMLOCK=infinity
LimitSTACK=infinity
LimitCORE=8388608:infinity
