Hi Sol, I agree completely on the bitterness, which is why I wrote this, Nov. 27: One adjunct that Marc Fett has suggested over at lymestrategies, is to take an MSM capsule, open it, drip in some CS to dissolve it, recap, pierce the side with a pin and tuck it under your tongue for 15 to 30 min.
