cannot gain CVS over SSH access. Seems a bug
in one of your shell scripts introduced very recently:

I created an account for cvs test purpose. The account is called
svtest and his associated with the savannah project.
All the authorized_keys of savannah-hackers are in. It will help us to
deal with some problem, as some problems happens only with basic
account associated to /usr/local/bin/cv
