I am not sure what kind of buttons are on the GT-2500, but iscan only supports
one kind of button, the "start scan" button.

I work with Olaf and he asked me to take a look at this problem.
Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce it.
I confirmed that the horizontal resolution list in xsane is indeed
missing many entries. However, scanimage lists all the resolutions
correctly. Recompiling sane, scanimage and xs
big you may want to compress them and send them
off list.

It is the iscan frontend that does, unfortunately, require some binary
blobs and cannot be compiled for Mac OS X. It would still be possible,
however, to use the epkowa backend on Mac OS X with other SANE frontends.

iscan already uses SANE
ur scanner locally via USB. If this happens, the easiest thing to do
