Hi,
How can I test the version of SANE?
I'm working on a Debian stretch distribution.
I would remove ALL about SANE and the reinstall. I know it should works on
Debian stretch, I think about a "strange"installation.
Tell me how can I remove all the dependency of SANE and then reinstall from
scratch

There are (timing?)-issues with the version in Debian 8 (1.0.24) with
LiDE 210 scanners, which is the sa
Hello,
I just got a Canon LiDE 110 and am getting different results depending upon
which of my computers I try to scan from.
Here's the results so far:
* HP laptop (Intel Core i3) / Windows 7:
Works correctly. This just establishes that the scanner isn't broken.
* Dell tower (Intel Core 2)

Hi,
I've got a brand new computer with USB3 all over the place, and cannot
use my "old" LIDE 110 with it, even with a git version. The scanner is
still working, as it works when connecter to my older laptop, through
USB2. It doesn't work with a git checkout from a few minutes ago.

Hi All,
So far I used Canon Lide 110 fine, but after a kernel update it started not
working. Symptoms are: scanning first page works, scanning second page does
not work. Unplugging then re-plugging and it is working again. So in effect
I need to disconnect and reconnect after every page.

Is it reasonable to assume that Fedora-16 has a driver for the
Canon LIDE-110 scanner and if so what is it called?
I have two F-16 64bit computers and both say "no device
available" when I invoke xscan. It shows up in lusb on both as:

Hi
I have acquired a Canon LiDE 110 scanner (vid:pid = 04a9:1909) which I would
like to use with SANE.
The 'sane-find-scanner' reports the device with chip detected as 'GL848+'.
The output of 'sane-find-scanner -v -v' is attached.
Is anyone working on support for this device? If not, I'm interes
