I have the problem: "scanimage" utility (sane-backends) doesn't work
with ADF.
Command used:
scanimage -v --batch=sheet%d.tif --batch-start=0 --batch-count=3 --mode
Gray
--resolution 600 --source Automatic Document Feeder -x 202 -y 203
--eject --auto-eject=on
When the command started, scanne
Here are a few things you can test:
Does this work with any of the graphical frontends (e.g. xscanimage or
xsane)?
Does it work without the batch related commands and just one sheet of paper?
Does it work without the --eject or --auto-eject commands?

argument to the --source option in quotes:

This is necessary for all options that have spaces in them.
