I have ordered a BIG thumb drive to backup my system before I go
monkeying around with drivers and compiling stuff (assuming that is what
you mean by building your own back end).

I posted a day or so agao, asking if there was any way to collect
additional data, and pass it on to Hylafax's sendfax program from xsane.
Has anyone thoght about this? Am I missing how to do it? If not is anyone
