Hi,
I recently learned that OKI now provides a sane backend for their MFP's.
However I didn't find any sources. So my question is does anybody know
about such a backend libsane-oki and if there is any chance the sources
are available?
Thanks for any insights,

Hi,
I'm using sane-backends-1.0.24 to access a new Fujitsu fi-7160.
The manpage shows this in the Sensor section:

My question is, is there a way to set a sensor value by software, not
using the buttons on the device?

Hi,
I'm trying to get two scanners to work for our mobile users. They are
Fujitsu ScanSnap S1100 and S1300i.
Since the S1300 is known to work like the S300 I was hoping the S1300i
will also work. I've configured the USB id in epjitsu.conf to load

Hi,
We have several Fujitsu fi-6230 scanners. Scanning A4 size with the
flatbed shows a small black border at the bottom of the page. With one of
the devices the border is ~1mm in size, with the other devices it is
almost invisible.
I scan with

I can confirm this for the S510 as well - which didn't show any I/O error
but is really slow. I can also confirm that using "-B" solves the issue
with 1.0.21. Here is my list of tests using the ScanSnap S510:

Hi,
I've just came across a problem where I needed to run scanimage for ADF in
batch mode but wanted to call a script for each page that was scanned.
I know that scanadf provides such functionality but we are using scanimage
for everything and I don't want to change that.

You may have better luck to get help if you go to HP or Ubuntu. The
