Somehow you called sane-backends-libs-gphoto2-1.0.19-10.fc9.i386.rpm as a command and not as an argument to the rpm command. I don't know how you entered this in you terminal but something went wrong. If you cut and paste from a mail client there could be a Newline which terminated the rpm command. Just type it again.
