650 was not defined in hotplug. The KDE menu is still currently
setup this way.

Should look like this
scanner 0x0003 0x04b8 0x0110 ..
Another way is to run xsane with the following:-
xsane epson:/dev/usbscanner
from a xterm and see if it detects the correct port.
