Ren=E9, I use the Fujitsu 620c with SANE sp15c driver almost daily. The original ADF problem was: it would eject the page just scanned, then feed the next through without scanning and eject it, then scan the third, etc. So there where two page ejects for each scanned page. It scanned every other p

My vote goes to the Fujitsu 620C I just bought. Although I read that the newer 4120 is even better, if you don't need the flatbed part. The main thing I've been reading in the reviews is that the "home" models with the ADF feature don't seem have a ADF that is as robust and trouble free as the

The brightness and contrast levels are presently not supported by the sp15c backend. These are presently hardcoded at 128. But I was able to get it working in the hardware by adding "scanf" statements in sp15c.c. Scanimage stops and I can enter numbers for brightness and contrast each time I run

When I put many docs in the ADF, sane will scan the 1st, eject it, then it will feed the next straight through without scanning it, scan the 3rd, feed the 4th through, scan the 5th, etc. How do we get it to stop scanning only every other document? I have done this: "export SANE_DEBUG_SP15C=25"

as well as Flatbed scanning works. The only complaint so far is that for a Color scan there is a the 15 second lag before scanning begins, then scanning takes 15 seconds at 300dpi. Excellent work, thanks SANE. Garrick Sitongia FYI, the scanner was $1
