Knoppix-based distro, and an HP5200 that I bought about 6-7 years ago.
When I try
:~$ scanimage -L
device `v4l:/dev/video0' is a Noname SAA7146A virtual device
device `umax:/dev/sg1' is a UMAX PowerLook 2100XL flatbed scanner
output from xsane: Failed to start scanner: Out of memory
I've testet it with kernel 2.6.15 / 2.6.16 / 2.6.17 -> every time the same
xsane is i386 /
