If you install Sage for macOS using the binaries from the
download pages of the SageMath website, make sure to
run the `fix_mac_sage` script from
https://github.com/3-manifolds/fix_mac_sage/
If you install via Conda, then to launch Jupyter or JupyerLab,
open a terminal, activate the desired Conda
