This fix didn't work for me under Ubuntu Hardy. I'm stuck in a
Catch-22: to grant the exception, Firefox wants to first check the
certificate, and in doing so returns the same error!

On my RHEL5 Opteron system, "sage -testall" under 2.8.5 fails the
following:
sage -t graphs/graph.py
ERROR: File ./graphs/graph.py is missing
sage -t groups/perm_gps/permgroup.py
ERROR: File ./groups/perm_gps/permgroup.py is missing

Alos, SAGE 2.8.2 compiles fine. And 2.8.3 runs fine from the Debian
binary.
Is this a misconfiguration on this machine, or something more serious?

So when I do
sage: magma = Magma(server = "remote_for_sage")
, that ssh_config takes care of everything and the fact that it is
tunneled through gateway is entirely transparent to sage.
