Has anyone noticed that sometimes published worksheets with images in the
TinyMCE have the images not show up when viewing them? For instance,
see http://sage.maa.org/home/pub/2/ where I can't see any with FF on Mac,
and only see it on Safari due to caching, I'm sure.

I made this CXXFLAGS = $"-fpermissive CXXFLAGS " before make, but me does
not know why, and it seems to walk !
