Well, I got it running on https://67.23.35.162:8000 and it is running fine under Ubuntu Linux 8.10. I am using the sage/linux/64bit/sage-3.4.1-linux-Ubuntu_8.10-sse2-x86_64-Linux precompiled binary. I think I will stick with this. I still don't know what the problem was when I tried running the

Actually, I got the same error messages on the 3.4 version. I also got that "malediction of damnation" about the compiler needing sse4_1 for sage to work properly. The real problem is that when I rebuilt the server as Ubuntu, it changed the address of the server too. That is really what all th

Hello, I am beginning to get discouraged. I compiled and installed 3.4.1 from source, I could not get the notebook server to open no matter what I did. I got a blizzard of error messages and it went back to sage. I killed my entire Debian server setup and rebuilt a new server using Ubuntu Linux
