Ok, this is to report a successful build of Sage 4.7 from source on
OpenSuse 11.4. But there are a couple of things I really would like to
see to be added to future README file for OpenSuse. Note I am sure
the two problems have been known for a while for those who have worked

Yup, sorry, should have cross-posted here. This virtual participation will
only work if we have a high IRC participation ratio among sage days
attendees, of course... wink nudge etc. ;)
And even when a sage days is not in progress, you're always welcome and
encouraged to hang out in our normal
I've added to the compilerwrapper the option to unset LD_LIBRARY_PATH before
executing the compiler binaries, this will at least work around the ppl
library issue.
