Could not someone just copy the articles form the old to new? they both
use joomla.

We should avoid working on both sites otherwise things are going to be
lost...
I propose to migrate right now to the new site (Fadi could you migrate
the translations?), and then we review all pages and translations on the
new site.
For the banner, I propose to put a screenshot

I don't know if it is very useful... (I think it's faster to download an
ISO and instal

I did migrate to the new website, but for the screen shot I still did not
install the new sabily so I added an Intro text with the logo.
Now translators can work like if it is the old website and tralnslate it...
please if you needed anything tell me :)
