There are many dictionary applications; my best is GoldenDict !!
Maybe you want to make some dictionaries in StarDict format, or Babylon
format that will work with GoldenDict.

has not reached the minimum; There are only two days left, and 247
entries of the kde-runtime have to be translated so that the Indonesian
doesn't get dropped from the next release ( 4.8 ) .
