FYI: I am able to run rpy on windows now, but I am also using different versions of the programs listed by Mario: Windows XP Pro SP2 x86 processor R 2.5.1 Python 2.5.1 and pythonwin IDE numpy-1.0.4.win32-py2.5 rpy-1.0.1-R-1.3.0-to-2.6.1-Numpy-win32-py2.5 I hope this may be of some help. Mike
